Return window

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition with packaging where applicable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
