Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 USD per order. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier handling, holidays, peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Taxes, Duties and Import Fees
Prices and shipping fees shown at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be required by your destination country or local authorities.

If any taxes, duties, import fees, or customs charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs office before or upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages refused because of unpaid taxes, duties, or import fees.

Customs Information
For international shipments, we may be required to provide product descriptions, order value, country of origin, and other customs information to carriers or customs authorities.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because taxes, duties, import fees, or customs charges were not paid, the original shipping fee and any return-related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
