About these terms
VELUNORIA is operated by PAIYUN TRADING CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company trading as VELUNORIA. These terms apply to your use of velunoria.shop and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term.
Using the store
Our online store is intended for adults shopping for children, families, or gifts. To place an order, you must have reached the age of majority where you live and be able to enter a binding purchase agreement. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud, infringement, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with the store or another user’s access.
Products, age guidance, and safe use
We sell toys and learning toys. Read the age recommendation, dimensions, materials, warnings, and instructions for the specific product before buying or using it. Browsing categories such as “Shop by Age” are guides and do not replace the product’s own age rating or warnings.
Some toys contain small parts, magnets, batteries, or other components unsuitable for younger children. Adults should follow the supplied instructions, supervise play as appropriate, and stop use if a toy becomes damaged or unsafe. Descriptions of play and learning activities are not guarantees of a particular developmental outcome.
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Prices, currency, payment, and promotions
The currency and amount payable are shown at checkout. Review the order total, delivery details, and any taxes displayed before paying. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Promotion conditions, eligibility, expiry dates, and any minimum spend apply as displayed with the offer. Discounts are applied only when the checkout requirements are met.
Orders and availability
After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. We will explain any proposed correction or cancellation and refund any amount collected for goods we cancel or cannot supply. We do not use these terms to remove rights you have in an accepted purchase.
Shipping, changes, and cancellations
We currently offer free standard shipping to the United States only. Orders are dispatched from Nanchang, Jiangxi, China. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Delivery estimates and exceptions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or after dispatch. Any statutory cancellation right remains available regardless of this operational limitation.
Returns, refunds, and consumer rights
Our voluntary return request window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns are handled in Nanchang, China. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we do not charge a restocking fee.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to your purchase, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Such rights may continue beyond our voluntary 30-day return window.
Website content and third-party services
Website text, logos, images, and other content belong to VELUNORIA or the relevant rights holders. You may browse the site for personal shopping purposes. Do not commercially reproduce or distribute protected content without the rights holder’s permission.
Links and integrations may connect you to independent services, including payment and delivery providers. Review their applicable terms and privacy notices. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement on the linked website, and does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may send messages needed to process and support an order. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful, or any liability, product remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in the courts of your home jurisdiction that applicable law provides. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and update date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise.
